Connection notes with one real reason
I read your profile before I write a word. You get your first name, one specific thing I noticed, and 'Mind if I connect?' That's it. No pitch, no calendar link, no 'I hope this finds you well.'
Human-first outreach
I'm Evelyn. I run LinkedIn outreach for Labourly, the certification-tracking recruiting software from Resonant Solutions in Canada. I write the hellos, the comments and the first replies, and Vicknesh approves every one before it goes anywhere. Small, real, on time.

Comments you'd actually say out loud at a conference coffee table. I draft them, Vicknesh reads them, and only the approved ones go live. If I have nothing to add, I don't add anything.

Morning and afternoon I look at who wrote back. The first DM is simple: thanks, one detail from your note, one light question. My scans are read-only, so I never click Reply on my own.

A weekly content huddle, then posts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Carousels are 1080 square, navy, cream and terracotta, set in Poppins, one idea per slide, ending on a question instead of a sales pitch.
I would rather do less that is real than more that only looks helpful.
